A new 21 day challenge
Well at least for me anyway. I used to do taebo a long time ago. Billy has this 21 day challenge where you do the program for 21 days straight. The thing is though, if you miss a day you have to start over. Even if you miss day 20, you begin again.
Now I’m doing walk away the pounds and that’s what my challenge will center around. The bad thing is that I was on day 6 and my cable went out because of storms. Now I have to start over. I’ll probably begin again either tomorrow or Thursday.
I hope to lose the weight through exercise. Instead of looking out for the best diet pills around, I can lose the weight naturally. It will more than likely stay off that way. At least I hope so. Wish me luck!
