I’m on a 6 week plan
I need to lost weight. I’ve decided to start small and go on a 6 week plan. I have 2 main reasons for doing this. The first reason is that I’ll see a small victory. I can start a exercise regiment along with diet pills that work for my metabolic rate and see some weight come off. The second reason is that 7 weeks from now is my birthday.
I’m not going on vacation this year so I need something to cheer me up on my birthday. I don’t know why, but I’m usually sad on my birthday. Even when I’m surrounded by my family and friends I just dread that day. By going on this plan, I at least have something to focus on.
The best part is that I’ve madeĀ it a manageable goal. I’m only looking to lose 10-15 pounds which is not a lot but enough for me to see a difference. Maybe I’ll even tweak my budget and be able to squeeze a small vacation in there as well. Hey I can only hope, like I said, I need something to look forward to.
