I broke my favorite flip-flops
Now I know that might not seem like a big deal to most people but it’s pretty devastating for me. It sounds dramatic but it’s true. I wear my flip-flops year-round and yes that does mean in the dead of winter. I don’t wear them out of the house, but I will wear them to run outside and put out garbage. Pretty much as long as it’s above 60 degrees outside they’re fair game.
I have been looking for a new pair to replace them before they broke but I don’t like anything that I see. Most of the flip-flops that I find are either too flat or way too expensive. I don’t need designer shoes and I really don’t plan on paying over $50 for a pair of flip-flops.
Maybe when I run out this weekend to pick up some vitamins and other stuff from the store I’ll get lucky and find a inexpensive pair. I’m not even that picky, I just want a black pair with a small wedge to it. I will be so bummed if I have to go to the department store to find a good pair. I just do not want to spend a lot of money right now.
