Should I sit still or keep it moving?
I’m very undecided right now. I feel like my interview went well on Friday but the manager is still interviewing and won’t make a decision for another 2 1/2-3 weeks. Meanwhile I’m still waiting to hear about the other job. I don’t want to call human resources because I don’t want to light a fire under the hiring manager.
The reason? Best case scenario, I get offered the second job which is the one I really want. Bad but not terrible scenario is that I get offered the 1st job but not the second. Worse case scenario is that I don’t get offered either job.
I don’t know if I should keep applying and keep those irons in the fire so to speak or just wait and see how these two jobs pan out. Ughhhhhh I just wish someone would hire me for a new job and put me out of my misery!
